Our company has been in service since 2012. We are a small business administration that is minority and woman owned. The nature of our projects is mainly commercial and public works.

We have a very qualified crew comprised of Union Carpenters working with us; it is also Owner Operated to ensure consistency and the outmost excellence in our performance.

The company has a 6 year average of over $300,000.00  in annual revenues.

We love to invest in our community through donations, volunteering, sponsorship and leadership to improve the development of individuals and possibly make a positive impact in the future of our community.  

Vanessa Handley, President

Vanessa was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico. She came to live to the United States were she found her second passion in construction and funded a company with her husband Scott

Scott Handley, CEO & Vice President

Scott was born and raised in Las Vegas. He is a proud member of the Carpenter’s Union 1977 since 2002. He focused his career in finish carpentry and now is a proud co-owner of SNV Specialties. He is the driving force of what the company has become
